Paint Supervisor Garvagh | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits Vickerstock are proud to be exclusively partnering with Maine Group to recruit a Paint Supervisor for their growing manufacturing operation in Garvagh. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading engineering manufacturers. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Paint Department, leading the paint team to ensure production is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the wider production plan.

The Opportunity Lead the day-to-day operation of the Paint Department Organise and prioritise daily workloads in line with the production schedule Supervise, motivate and develop the Paint team Ensure all surface preparation, painting and finishing activities are completed to specification Monitor production performance, minimise defects and rework, and support continuous improvement Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safe working practices What You'll Need Minimum 5 years' industrial painting experience within a heavy engineering or heavy manufacturing environment At least 2 years' experience supervising or leading a paint team Strong understanding of surface preparation, coating processes and paint quality standards
