Location: Crumlin, Belfast

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Technicians to join a successful manufacturing operation in Crumlin.

This is a hands‑on assembly role suited to candidates with experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, production, or a similar manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling products to a high standard while working from technical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and defined assembly processes.

• Carry out basic mechanical and electrical assembly of products
• Work from technical drawings, assembly instructions and SOPs
• Use a range of hand tools and assembly equipment
• Carry out wiring and basic crimping activities
• Follow established production and quality procedures
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Work as part of a wider production and engineering team

• Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortable working from technical drawings and written instructions
• Good practical and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with basic crimping or wiring would be beneficial
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
