Production Planner Halifax, West Yorkshire £30,000 – £33,000 Full-Time, Permanent Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a growing West Yorkshire manufacturer to recruit a Production Planner at their Halifax site. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to establish themselves within production planning and operations. Our client has a strong track record of developing talent from the ground up, and this role has been created with genuine progression in mind.

The Opportunity Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a collaborative culture and a clear commitment to investing in its people. You won't be thrown in at the deep end; you'll be supported, trained, and developed into a confident planner who understands the full manufacturing cycle. What the Role Involves Reporting into an experienced planning team, you'll play a key part in keeping production schedules on track and customer orders moving.

Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining production schedules in line with customer demand Coordinating with purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed Working alongside manufacturing teams to identify and resolve scheduling issues Updating and maintaining accurate planning data across internal systems Producing reports to support operational decision-making Contributing to continuous improvement activity within the planning function What Elevation Are Looking for on Behalf of Our Client Educated to A-Level, HNC/HND, or degree level in a relevant discipline — Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving Confident with data and comfortable working in Excel A clear communicator who works well across teams Proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely motivated to build a career in planning Prior experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or production environment is advantageous but not a requirement What's on Offer £30,000 – £33,000 per annum Structured induction and ongoing development programme Exposure to all areas of the manufacturing operation Genuine long-term progression within a growing business A supportive team environment with experienced mentors around you
