As Marketing Director, you will lead marketing for QIMA's Life Sciences Division. Your job is to turn the division's business priorities into clear marketing plans that help bring in the right leads, attract new clients, and support revenue growth. You will own the divisional marketing plan and targets, the delivery will be done together with the Life Sciences segment leads and Group Marketing teams, using the shared marketing tools and channels already in place.
To succeed, you will need to set clear priorities, align the right people, and track what is working, including lead quality, conversion, new opportunities, campaign return, and pipeline contribution. Acting as the link between the Life Sciences business units and Group Marketing, you will make sure business priorities become clear positioning, credible scientific messaging, and measurable growth.

This role will report to the VP Marketing with a dotted line to the Division's CEO.
Key Responsibilities- Gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitor intelligence and consumer behaviors to uncover valuable insights and identify opportunities for growth and synergies across the group.
- Define, build, and track the marketing KPIs that matter for growth, including qualified lead volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and marketing-influenced revenue. Use these insights to continuously improve prioritization, channel mix, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and business unit leaders to turn market intelligence and scientific expertise into targeted campaigns, account-based programs, sales enablement, and follow-up motions that generate qualified opportunities and improve conversion from first engagement to signed business.
- Define and manage the divisional marketing plan and targets, working with Pascal, Grégory, Stephanie, the Life Sciences business units, and Group Marketing to translate priorities into coordinated programs delivered through shared group engines.
