Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food in line with agreed menus and standards
- Serve meals to students in a safe and friendly manner
- Store food correctly in line with food hygiene regulations
- Ensure kitchen equipment is clean, maintained and ready for use
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all canteen areas
- Ensure dining and kitchen areas are cleaned, sanitised and prepared for the next day’s activities
- Enhanced Access NI check will be required
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
