Pay

Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £13.70 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you’d like to work fewer hours (minimum 12), we can also accommodate that.

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows listed below, giving you three weeks’ notice of your shifts.

• Sun: 12:45 – 18:00
• Thu: 10:00 – 19:00
• Sat: 09:00 – 18:00

We need a team member who is committed, proactive, and eager to deliver a great shopping experience every day.

• Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day, following all opening and closing routines, ensuring all facilities are in good working order and ready for customers, and listening for and acting on customer feedback.
• Create an impression for customers that you can be proud of, role‑model great standards of dress and being ready to serve customers.
• Follow the service culture in your department, role‑model helpful and friendly service behaviours, and demonstrate enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
• Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance, understanding all safe and legal routines, and demonstrating due diligence on your department.
• Support your manager to control costs in your department, help deliver budgets, and maintain stock record accuracy and be ready for stock control routines.
