Superdrug in Coleraine is seeking a Supervisor to lead a store team for 16 hours per week, with the potential for more hours. The role pays £13.50 per hour and focuses on delivering great customer service and coaching colleagues to hit targets.
You will support the management team with day-to-day store operations, keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best, help reduce shrinkage and till errors, and create a energetic, customer‑focussed environment across shifts from Monday to Sunday.
