This Christmas, you'll be at the heart of creating magical shopping experiences.

From helping customers find the perfect present to uncovering festive treats they didn't know they needed, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm and exceptional service to every interaction. You'll confidently welcome customers into the store, start conversations, understand who they're shopping for, and recommend gifts and products from our amazing Christmas ranges to help make their festive season extra special. We have lots of deliveries and seasonal stock to manage.

The role can be physically demanding and hard work - you'll need to be physically comfortable managing stairs and heavy stock, but our supportive team will be there to lend a helping hand! Being a Brand Ambassador As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll be a Brand Ambassador for The Works, helping to create the magical Christmas shopping experience our customers love.
