We’re expanding rapidly and looking for Graduate Sales Development Representatives to join a collaborative, high-performing team.

You’ll be making outbound calls to lapsed business customers (completely warm leads - no cold calling) to re-engage relationships and book high-quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers. What’s in it for you? Circa £25,000 basic salary  realistic OTE £30,000–£35,000 in your first year, however this is uncapped. Full structured training programme with 1-to-1 coaching. Your role Outbound call warm, lapsed B2B customers to reintroduce services. Build rapport, understand business needs, and identify opportunities. Generate quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers. Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets. What we’re looking for in a Graduate Sales Development Representative You don’t need specific industry experience - full training is provided - but you’ll need:
Confidence speaking to people over the phone. A proactive, positive, and resilient mindset. Ideally some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing work (preferred but not essential). Comfortable and confident with Technology Drive and ambition to grow your career quickly.
