VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Executive to join an established and growing business. This is a customer-focused showroom type sales position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understanding their requirements and helping them find the right products. You will manage enquiries from the initial conversation through to quotation and order, while working towards sales targets.

The Role As a Sales Representative, you will:
Welcome customers into the showroom and understand their requirements Provide advice on a range of made-to-measure curtains, blinds and shutters Manage enquiries through walk-ins, telephone, email and social media Recommend suitable products based on customer needs Arrange customer surveys and appointments Follow up on new and existing sales enquiries Prepare quotations and support customers through the ordering process Maintain accurate customer and order records Work towards agreed sales targets Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high and professional standard Provide excellent customer service throughout the full sales journey What we're looking for Previous experience working towards sales targets Retail, showroom or consultative sales experience is desirable Confident and engaging communication skills Strong customer service approach Well organised with good attention to detail Professional and personable manner Comfortable communicating with customers across phone, email and social media Flexible approach to working weekends Weekend availability is essential, including Saturdays and participation in a Sunday rota.
