Joiner, Building Maintenance

We are recruiting on behalf of a valued public sector client for an experienced Joiner to join their maintenance and works team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects within a respected public body, contributing to essential services that support local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out joinery and carpentry works including installation, repair, and maintenance of fixtures, fittings, and structures. Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks in public buildings and facilities. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, following health and safety regulations and relevant building standards. Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality service.

Essential Criteria :
Time-served Joiner with relevant NVQ or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in joinery and maintenance work. Full UK driving licence. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices. Willingness to undergo and successfully complete an Access

NI background check prior to commencing employment. Desirable:
