HR Advisor

Make a difference to the people who make a difference. The HICA Group is looking for an experienced and motivated HR professional to join our established HR team as a Junior HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in employee relations and a solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. You'll play a key role in supporting managers across the organisation, providing practical and effective HR guidance that helps create positive workplace environments and supports the delivery of outstanding care services.

This position offers fantastic scope for development and career progression within a supportive and experienced HR team. Based primarily at our Head Office in Hesslewood, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners, providing advice and support on a variety of employee relations matters, including:
Disciplinary procedures Grievances Absence management Capability issues Performance management This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys building strong working relationships, solving problems, and helping managers achieve positive outcomes for their teams.
