Full training is provided, and youll work closely with senior leaders in both the UK and US while helping establish an operation designed to grow  someone looking to build a long-term career, theres also potential for US travel and future opportunities to relocate.

Experience with in talent delivery, internal resourcing, account management or business development would be advantageous but isnt essential Confident communicating with and assessing high-calibre candidates Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines Experience working towards measurable targets or performance objectives Commercial awareness and the ability to build effective professional relationships
