Office based in Coleshill An established Midlands-based managed technology provider is seeking a Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting its sales function. This position is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate sales documentation, and a high standard of customer service. Working closely with account managers, technical teams, and clients, the successful candidate will help maintain efficient processes and contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-quality technology solutions across a diverse client base, including SMEs, public sector organisations, and not-for-profits.
What we need from you:
Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Sales Administrator, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment Strong understanding of IT products, services, and terminology Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HALO PSA, ITGlue) and MS Office Suite Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desirable:
Knowledge of MSP operations and service delivery models
Experience with HALOPSA and vendor portals Familiarity with IT procurement processes What this role involves:
You will be working on a variety of areas of the business, including:
Sales Support and Administration Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and contracts for IT services and solutions Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Assist with onboarding new clients and managing renewals Customer Relationship Management Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding orders, billing, and service delivery Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Reporting and Documentation Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for management Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes Support the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance efficiency Purchasing and Procurement Cost analysis and budget control (with account department) Inventory and supply chain coordination Salary : £22,067 £ 26,00 0 per year, depending on experience.
Hours:
Flexible working Monday to Friday 8am 6pm, 37.5 hours per week. Benefits:
