We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver to join a well-established environmental services company based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for ongoing, full-time work with a reputable business.
Working Hours      Monday to Friday

5:00 / 6:00 starts

34 nights out per week (overnight allowance applicable where relevant)

The Role    As an HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for operating a tanker vehicle to collect and transport non-hazardous liquid waste from commercial and industrial customers across the UK.
This is a customer-facing role where professionalism, reliability and a strong focus on safety are essential. You will carry out daily vehicle checks, ensure all collections are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain accurate paperwork throughout each shift.

Please note:

This is a non-hazardous tanker role, therefore an ADR qualification is not required.
Requirements      Valid HGV Class 2 (Category

C) Licence

Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card

Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience

Tanker experience is advantageous but not essential as training may be provided

Comfortable with regular overnight stays (34 nights out each week)

Good knowledge of UK driving hours and tachograph regulations

Reliable, safety-conscious and customer-focused attitude
