Pertemps Recruitment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, modern warehouse operation in Hams Hall, Coleshill , to support increased demand over the Christmas peak period.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals who can help keep warehouse operations running smoothly during this busy time of year.
With a consistent Friday-to-Tuesday working pattern , competitive hourly pay and excellent onsite facilities, this is a great opportunity to gain warehouse experience and earn money in the run-up to Christmas.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Packing products ready for dispatch
Checking orders and products to ensure accuracy
Labelling and preparing goods for shipment
Moving stock safely around the warehouse
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workspace
Following all company health and safety procedures
Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is desirable but not essential
A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work the Friday-to-Tuesday shift pattern and rotating hours
A commitment to attendance and punctuality
Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
