ATC SME/QA Analyst (ESA, On-site) - Part Time
Apply for the ATC SME/QA Analyst (ESA, On-site) - Part Time role at CSSI.
Responsibilities- Review and validation of Mandatory Occurrence Reports (MORs).
- Investigate surface incidents including runway incursions, vehicle/pedestrian deviations, pilot deviations, ATC loss of separation; conduct interviews of pilots as appropriate.
- Complete required preliminary reporting forms, e.g., FAA Form 8020-17, for various incidents.
- Create replays and retrieve voice recordings to assist in investigation, research, and review of incidents.
- Prepare reports to support and communicate program status upon request from the QA Manager.
- Communicate with FAA Facilities and other program offices to provide assistance to field facilities concerning QA/QC and Runway Safety issues and share information with other program offices.
- Contact field facilities to request information that cannot be obtained through other methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or science plus a minimum of 15 years ATC experience in a LVL 8 or higher FAA/military equivalent ATC facility.
- In lieu of an applicable bachelor's degree, eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted.
- Candidate must be able to work out of the Eastern Service Area (College Park, GA office) on a full‑time basis.
- Experience as a QA/QC specialist or manager in a field ATC facility, District, Service Center/Service Area office, or at FAA Headquarters.
