Lead Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician

Join HOODZ – the largest and leading commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company. We are hiring a lead technician for the Southwest and Northeast Atlanta area. This role works night shifts (7:00 PM–11:30 PM) when restaurants are closed.
Responsibilities- Degrease, polish, and power wash restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems from kitchen to roof.
- Set up job sites efficiently using HOODZ standards.
- Maintain and drive company vehicles to client facilities.
- Achieve weekly performance bonus for maintaining no customer callbacks after training.
- Work independently with little supervision, prioritizing safety.
- At least 2–3 years of experience cleaning kitchen exhaust systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Availability for overnight (Monday–Friday) shifts.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lb and climb ladders.
- Pass background and drug screening.
