Experienced Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24.00/hr (fixed)

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is looking for a dependable, hard‑working, and self‑motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to maintain apartment dwellings and other property facilities. The role involves repairing and maintaining apartment AC units, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and assist the maintenance team.

Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
• Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair or replacement
• Complete make‑ready/punch‑outs on vacant units
• Assist in renovation projects and maintain the curb appeal of the community

• Own personal tools; 1–2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
• Strong work ethic; reliable and dependable
• Works well in a team environment
