Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Pathways is a mental health organization that aims to promote the well-being of individuals through pathways towards a healthier life. We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist for clinical setting.

The Therapist position offers a flexible work environment with the option of hybrid and in-person work in our Hollywood Clinic. Travel to the clinic is required one day per week and for trainings as necessary. The chosen candidate will provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. The Therapist position is also responsible to perform initial screening assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in treatment planning.

Candidates with experience in trauma work and with marginalized populations are preferred.

Therapist will conduct diagnostic assessments and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.

Applicants need to:

• Be eligible for 3rd party payers, including Medicare
• Meet legal eligibility requirements.
• Applicants must hold a master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or any related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Maryland

Applicants with any of the following licenses are welcome to apply:

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC),

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW),

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor-LCPC,

Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical LCSW-C.

Pay for this position is from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, and the benefits package includes:
