With 297 guest rooms, including 24 suites, and over 45,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space, we host events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences of up to 1,500 attendees. We’re seeking a driven, charismatic, and experienced Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong network to pull from, exceptional closing skills, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll be a key player in building lasting relationships and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Your Impact- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Travel as needed for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
- Negotiate group rates and hotel services within established guidelines
- Draft and review contracts and rate agreements with precision
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs
- Conduct site inspections, presentations, and special events for potential clients
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Maintain accurate records in our sales and catering system (Delphi/Amadeus)
- Deliver monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
- 3+ years of continuous hotel group sales experience (SMERF/Sports market a plus)
- Proven B2B sales experience with transactions of $50K+
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to engage meeting/event planners
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Delphi/Amadeus
- Availability during peak times, including occasional weekends, holidays, and special events

Additional Responsibilities- The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
