, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next era of Commanders fandom while connecting fans and businesses to unforgettable experiences.
We’re looking for a motivated, high‑energy sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment and is ready to grow their career. You’ll play a key role in driving new revenue by connecting with prospective buyers through strategic outreach, meaningful conversations, and in‑person engagement.
What You’ll Do- Drive New Business:
Generate new revenue through proactive outreach, including cold calling, virtual and in‑person meetings, stadium tours, sales events, and in‑game selling. - Full Menu Selling:
With a primary focus on selling new season tickets, maintain the capability to sell the full menu of products, including premium seating, suites, and group tickets. - Build and Manage a Pipeline:
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales funnel effectively. - Leverage CRM & Ticketing Tools:
Accurately track all interactions, opportunities, and data within CRM and Seat Geek to support sales strategy and reporting. - Deliver Best‑in‑Class Service:
Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to existing and new clients of the Washington Commanders. - Engage in Networking:
Represent the organization at team, community, and industry events to build relationships and generate leads. - Contribute on Gameday:
Play an active role in the Washington Commanders gameday experience, assisting with prospecting efforts and contributing to a positive experience for all fans. - Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with Sales Leadership and internal teams to support broader revenue initiatives and organizational goals.

- 1–2 years of sales or service‑focused experience (sports or entertainment preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- This is a full‑time, in‑person position currently based in College Park, MD. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office.
- Must be willing and able to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Required to work Washington Commanders home games, as well as select concerts, special events, and other Commanders‑related programming throughout the year.
