Pharmaceutical Sales Representative –
Syneos Health Commercial Solutions
We’re looking for a passionate, results‑driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset to represent our CNS treatment portfolio. The role reports to a Syneos Regional Sales Manager and involves managing individual territories, launching new treatments, and growing utilization of existing products.
Responsibilities- Be a catalyst in reducing stigma in mental health.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and maximize new business opportunities.
- Gain access, educate, and partner with clinicians and key stakeholders.
- Engage in meaningful dialogue, keeping patients top‑of‑mind while helping identify appropriate treatment opportunities.
- Operate with integrity and comply with all regulatory guidelines.
- 2+ years of life science sales experience or strong, documented sales results outside of life science in the last two years.
- Entrepreneurial, growth‑focused mindset that takes compliant initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and overcome changing circumstances.
- Insatiable curiosity leading to continuous learning.
- Strong ability to develop genuine, productive relationships.
- Experience launching products.
- Track record of sales success in portfolio selling.
- Must live within the assigned territory or within its boundaries.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $94,500. Salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, and performance. The role may also include a company car, car allowance, and eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and individual performance.
