Overview

Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) at Sally Beauty. As part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, you will help empower customers to express themselves through hair and beauty. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers through their beauty journey, whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides training to support you in this role, while you bring passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support a range of working schedules to suit varying needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

• Long periods of standing; walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; occasional lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or boxes.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; potential exposure to irritant chemicals.
