Job Description
Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, and guide customers through the entire process. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
They also help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, and monitor inventory to support a smooth shopping experience.
