• Perform cosmetic repairs and refinishing on alloy and steel wheels
• Sand, prime and paint wheels using appropriate tools and techniques
• Inspect wheels for damage and determine the best repair approach
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customer regarding repair status
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive paint, touch-up and detailing.
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding repair status
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
