The Production Estimator is responsible forjob-specific estimating tasks, including job scrubs, releases, change requests, and purchase order updates. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong ability to audit data. Most of the work is independent and computer-based, with occasional internal meetings.

• Conduct job scrubs to ensure product, takeoff, supplier, and pricing accuracy before PO releases.
• Complete job-specific takeoffs not pre-setup in the system.
• Follow up on missing bids and documentation.
• Complete job release processes for assigned jobs.
• Maintain organization of the SCB Production Inbox.
• Perform slab re-estimates as needed.
• Communicate updates and information to the Preconstruction Department and VP of Preconstruction.

• High School Diploma with 4+ years’ experience in data auditing or processing or Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Applied Science, or Civil Engineering with 2+ years’ experience. Estimator experience in construction/homebuilding is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Advanced math and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
