Commercial Construction Superintendent – College Station, TX
Compensation: $110K–$130K base + truck + gas card + bonus
Project Types: Ground-Up Retail, Tilt-Wall, and Industrial
OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Superintendent to oversee field operations for projects located in the College Station region
, ideally someone based between Austin and Houston
. This role requires an experienced leader with hands‑on construction expertise and strong coordination skills.
- Direct all on‑site construction activities and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules
- Enforce jobsite safety and quality control programs
- Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate reporting
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial ground‑up construction
- Background in tilt‑wall, warehouse, or retail projects
- Prior experience leading field teams preferred
- Military or trades background considered an asset
