Salary of $100K-130K/yr DOE.
Your role on the team- Leading Superintendent for a $30M ground-up project in College Station.
- Each team built with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers and full support staff. Manage all trade subcontractors
- Opportunity to grow into senior leadership role.
- Excellent management group with high retention rate and excellent support.
- Expertise in building and project experience in larger commercial projects.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Exposure to projects starting around $10M and up to 50M+.
- Strong leadership skills and interest in mentoring.
