Regional Safety Specialist supports safe construction activities for electrical power, telecom, and broadband work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct jobsite safety audits and assessments.
- Lead safety meetings and provide hands-on coaching.
- Assist crews with hazard identification, corrective action planning, and follow-through.
- Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices in the field.
- Deliver OSHA-based safety training and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and support corrective/preventive actions.
- Track and report safety metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with supervisors and field teams to strengthen safety culture and compliance.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead safety discussions, training, and audits.
- Strong incident investigation and hazard mitigation skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to provide field-level support across assigned regions and work sites.
