New Accounts Representative – College Station
JOB SUMMARY
The First National Bank of Central Texas is seeking a New Accounts Specialist to join our team in our College Station, Texas Banking Center. A New Accounts Specialist is often the first point of contact for our bank customers. This position is responsible for new account opening which includes a variety of account types, servicing existing accounts and providing customer service solutions to our lobby customers.

- Prompt and efficient response to customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- An eagerness to learn and adaptability to change
- Serve customers in new account opening, account updates, closing accounts including but not limited to: checking, savings, CD’s, safe deposit boxes and IRA’s
- Ensuring proper verification of customer, accuracy of information and endorsements
- Attend training to maintain knowledge of bank products and services, ensure compliance of all applicable bank and government regulations
- Update and process all documents for new and existing accounts Maintain basic knowledge of FDIC insurance
- Additional duties as assigned
