Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at Barker's Heating & Cooling
.

• Manage incoming calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Manage customer and technician schedules
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
• Appropriately handle and de‑escalate customer complaints and concerns

• 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor‑vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
