SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical Team (in terms of numbers of each client and pet and keeps a good line communication with associates and customers and coordinates. • Teach customers about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health and hospital services.
• Help incoming clients with documentation and entering all pet information and histories on computer and ensuring that prizes quickly.
• Help outgoing clients with instructions, information, invoices, prescription dispensing items, sell retail products and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Manage finances by maintain accurate balances and use proper opening and closing procedures.
• Do administrative functions as necessary.
