Order Processing Representative

Stata Corp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Order Processing team. In this role, you are responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders, providing high‑quality customer service throughout the process, and maintaining the integrity of our customer database.

• Invoicing orders
• Fulfilling orders through email
• Adding new client information to company database
• Updating existing client information in company database
• Maintaining integrity of customer database

• The ability to pay close attention to details
• Good judgment and strong decision‑making skills
• The ability to work four days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 6:00 (one rotating day off per week). Weekend and additional hours required as needed during peak seasons.
