AId is revolutionizing peer-to-peer tutoring by connecting college students with verified student tutors through AI-powered matching. We're launching at Texas A&M in January 2026, and we're looking for 4 ambitious Student Ambassadors to help us build the foundation of our marketplace right here on campus.

AId at Texas A&M, working directly with our founding team to create a thriving tutoring marketplace that serves thousands of Aggies.

What You'll Do January 5 - February 15

• Campus tabling at high-traffic locations
• Direct outreach to honors societies, TAs, and high-performing students
• Build tutor supply foundation for marketplace launch

Phase 2:
Student Recruitment (Weeks 7-16)

Mid-February - April 30

• Sign up 15 paying students per week
• Maintain tutor pipeline (5 tutors per month)
• Campus activation events and promotions
• Digital marketing through social media and group chats
• Gather user feedback to improve the platform

Time Commitment

• 10-15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Peak times:
  Midterms and finals weeks
• Mix of tabling, social media work, and direct outreach

Compensation Structure

Base Retainer: $400/month – Guaranteed, regardless of performance. Paid monthly during active period (Jan-Apr only).

Performance Bonuses Phase 1 (Tutor Recruitment)

• Tier 1: +$75 for 6+ tutors per week = $475/month
• Tier 2: +$150 for 10+ tutors per week = $550/month

Phase 2 (Student Recruitment)

• Tier 1: +$75 for 12+ students/week + 4 tutors/month = $475/month
• Tier 2: +$150 for 15+ students/week + 5 tutors/month

IMPORTANT:
No compensation paid May-August (summer break). Contracts may be renewed for Fall 2026 based on Spring performance.

Who We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong campus network - involved in student orgs, Greek life, sports, or clubs
• Self-motivated hustler - comfortable working independently
• Excellent communicator - friendly, persuasive, and professional
• Entrepreneurial mindset - excited about startups and building something new
• Available 10‑15 hours/week January through April 2026
