Join Star Cinema Grill as a Hospitality Manager responsible for overseeing every aspect of theater and restaurant operations.

• Oversee theater and restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure the theater is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.
• Control day‑to‑day operations, including profit & loss, cash control/security procedures, and financial reporting.
• Manage all profit and loss centers, such as food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Operate the business in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Direct hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution.
• Handle all financial and personnel administrative duties (invoices, payroll, reporting) accurately and on time.
• Manage shifts, including daily decision‑making, staff support, and upholding standards of product quality and cleanliness.
• Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for guests and crew.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards.
• Meet the restaurant’s P&L and expense goals.
• Promote suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.
• Prepare quarterly sales projections and follow up on store action plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in full‑service, casual dining, or a similar field.
• Experience with a full‑service alcohol‑serving facility desirable.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Exposure to P&L management and sales building highly desirable.
