OverviewThe Front Office Supervisor oversees all Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Services operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, and positive team member relations.
Compensation & Benefits- $16/hr., paid biweekly; opportunity to cross-train and earn $18/hr

- Full-Time: 30 - 40 hours per week, depending on hotel business forecast
- Working days and shift times fluctuate based on business levels
- Supervise training of Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Services team members and motivate them to perform effectively
- Maintain operating and training manuals
- Ensure compliance with all systems, control policies, and procedures
- Support Human Resources functions for staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Assume Manager on Duty shifts when necessary
- Develop and maintain open communication within the department and with other departments
- Resolve guest problems expediently and professionally; ensure exceptional guest service
- Delegate work equitably among staff
- Assist in covering front desk shifts when needed
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of work experience in a hotel preferred
- Pleasant phone demeanor
- Strong knowledge of basic computer functions; experience with Maestro or Purple Cloud front office systems preferred
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Works well on a team but can also work independently when needed
