** Qualifications
* *** Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
** Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.

Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
* Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
*** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
* Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
* Excellent customer service orientation.
* Attention to detail.
* Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting, hiring and employment.
* Track record of personal accountability, integrity, and proven organizational skills.
* Strong written communication, analytical, interpersonal, customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application, background investigation and credential verification.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study.
* More than one year of experience of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities.
* Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.
