Role Overview
The Senior Designer acts as a key connector between consumer-focused business strategy and scalable digital products. You will be a hands-on leader, driving insights and strategies that shape media, community, and connection. Your understanding of user needs will help advocate for optimal outcomes across teams. You should have a proven ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver intuitive products and experiences.
- 5+ years in product design (mobile-first, design systems, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Agile, and product modeling.
- Strong design skills for consumer products and experience in user research.
- Professional, aligned with TEGNA values, visionary, detail-oriented, multitasker, and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience with complex products or enterprise capabilities is preferred.
