· Performs specialized duties such as resolving hardware and software problems with vendor field engineers.
· Repairs hardware problems.
· Installs and maintains both critical and non-critical software.

· Serves as a representative at technical conferences and inter-agency meetings.
· Participates in the development of system software.
· Performs all or some of the specialized duties of a System Programmer.
· Coordinates the technical activities of a small project team.
· Assists and mentors other employees in resolving issues.
· Participates with management in planning, directing, and coordinating operational and procedural matters to meet goals.
· Produces reports and summaries for management or users, including status, problem, progress, and system utilization reports.
· Participates in change management and problem tracking.
· Performs all or some of the core duties of a System Administrator.
· Performs related duties as required.
Experience· Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2/2016 Group Policies and Features.
· Experience with VMware vSphere 6.0 Administration, Performance Tuning, and Load Balancing.
· Solid understanding of the OSI model with troubleshooting experience.
· Power Shell scripting experience.
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
· Experience with SharePoint 2013/2016 Administration and Implementation.
· Bachelor’s degree in computing or a technology-related field.
Additional InformationTechnical writing experience with FISMA, NIST, MARS, or HIPAA.
