** Job Description

Summary:

** The Senior IT Professional I, as a member of the IT Operations & Support department, under general direction, provides technical oversight for administering multiple complex Saas applications and other services and ensuring compliance with the unit's technical standards on behalf of the Texas A&M University System.
** Responsibilities:**- Configure and maintain SaaS applications (e.g., document management, workflow automation, collaboration tools).

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security policies.

- Support the implementation of SaaS applications and upgrades to existing systems.

- Assist to develop and manage interfaces with internal and external systems to support core functionality of the applications managed (e.g., ERP, Identity management, CRM).

- Ensure data accuracy, retention, and compliance with records management policies and regulatory requirements for LERMS and other applications.

- Assist in audits and reporting related to data access, retention, regulatory requirements and system usage.

- Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and change logs.

- Assist with developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support operational, compliance, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements for LERMS and other applications to deliver actionable insights using built-in reporting tools or external Bl platforms.

- Manage data exports, imports, and transformations to support business processes and integrations for LERMS and other applications.

- Participate in training and professional development sessions.

* Education and Experience:

**- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Five years of related technology experience.

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

**- Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management and Infrastructure Library (ITSM/ITIL) concepts and practices.

- Knowledge and experience with IT architecture, project management, change management, and quality assurance methodologies.

- Knowledge and experience in managing enterprise SaaS solutions and enterprise-level operations.

- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
** Registration, Certifications, and Licenses:**- Ability to pass the state and national fingerprint-based background check to obtain the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Certification.
