Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics Technician
Cardio Quip is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the manufacturing, Maintenance, and design of Cardiovascular Operating room technology. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Production Technician to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products which are vital for medical applications.
Direct Report: Warehouse Manager
Works regularly with Warehouse Manager and Director of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and IT.
Responsibilities1. Assembly and Production
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot MCH-1000 devices following established procedures and guidelines.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and final products to adhere to company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on MCH-1000 devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and fix issues related to electrical circuits and control systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in refrigeration technology and Cardio Quip products.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and job knowledge.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
- Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to undergo additional training as required.
- Must be able to traverse the distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Full-time
