Job Responsibilities

50% - Utilize graphical/network models and data integrations, including work on collaborative projects.
10% - Assist in maintaining and upgrading server systems, as necessary.
10% - Assist in writing manuscripts and grant writing.
10% - Train undergraduate and graduate students.
20% - Other duties as assigned.

Required Education

PhD in life sciences, statistics, computational biology, or a related field

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in graphical network models, data integration.
Experience with single-cell RNA seq data.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated publication record.
Good computer and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
