Executive Chef JN -
Goodwin Recruiting is hiring a hands‑on Executive Chef for a lively, well‑loved restaurant concept in College Station, TX. The role requires leading a fast‑paced, scratch‑kitchen, maintaining quality and consistency while driving team development and organized execution.

- $80,000 - $90,000 salary
- Minimum 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high‑volume or scratch‑cooking concept
- Strong leadership, training, coaching, and motivating a large back‑of‑house team
- Experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties
- Proven ability to maintain consistency and pace in a busy kitchen of +6M (kitchen capacity)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Latin‑inspired cuisine or bold flavor profiles
- Comfortable working closely with FOH managers to ensure smooth service
- Experience with new restaurant opening a plus
