As an Expeditor, your responsibilities include:

• Complying with portion sizes, quality standards, policies, and procedures
• Maintaining station cleanliness throughout the shift
• Understanding and executing prep sheets and recipes
• Validating food quality and order accuracy
• Monitoring product levels and communicating needs
• Adhering to FIFO standards and product rotation
• Maintaining sanitation standards
• Communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibiting teamwork
