, you will represent our brand, provide exceptional customer service, and work toward sales goals in a commission‑driven, flexible setting.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing duties
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time for 7+ hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
