• Stock shelves, refill displays, and manage inventory across the grocery, drug store, dairy, frozen, and general merchandise departments.
• Load, unload, and move heavy or bulky products, including unloading trucks.
• Schedule and perform product rotation, label verification, and quality checks to meet A+ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back rooms while adhering to SOPs.
• Work efficiently as part of a nighttime team, meeting productivity goals and following leadership directions.
• Provide customer service by assisting customers in locating products and answering product questions.
• Follow all federal, state, and company regulations for food safety, sanitation, and risk management.

• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in stocking and customer service (preferred).
• Experience in a physically demanding role is a plus.
• Willingness to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and ability to follow direction.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and attention to detail.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 100 lbs).
• Occasional exposure to cold, loud noise, and wet conditions.
• Ability to reach at waist, shoulder, overhead, and floor levels.
• Capacity for heavy lifting – grocery: 50 lbs, drugstore: 66 lbs, dairy: 86 lbs, frozen: 60 lbs, general merchandise: 60 lbs.
