44 Waco, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
** This role offers the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of broadcast and digital media platforms, delivering integrated advertising solutions to local businesses and agencies.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth across broadcast and digital platforms.
* Create and present strategic, client-focused advertising campaigns.
* Conduct in-person and remote sales calls to build relationships and close deals.
* Prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and station goals.

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in media sales or a customer-focused sales environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing / advertising preferred.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Positive attitude and motivation to grow income.
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
