Territory Sales Manager – College Station, TX

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales for Swedish Match’s ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products in the College Station, TX territory.

• Sell and service Swedish Match products in retail stores across the assigned geography.
• Gain new item distribution, execute promotions, and merchandise products.
• Ensure product freshness in all assigned stores.
• Use data to create fact‑based presentations for customers and follow call processes.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.

• Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience.
• Experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and creative solution development.
• Critical thinking and ability to act in selling situations.
• Analytical skills to develop sales plans.
• Planning skills to prioritize activities to achieve results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business math.
• Lives within the geographic assignment.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, and perform overhead work. Carry bags and boxes of up to 10 lbs frequently, up to 20 lbs occasionally, and up to 50 lbs seldom.

Annual base salary range: $60,000–$80,000.
