As the Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT), you’ll drive demand creation and develop, coordinate, and implement strategic business plans focused on referral and treatment networks of prostate (primary) and neuroendocrine tumor (secondary) customer accounts to further the RLT platform for both diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios. Your focus will be on driving clinical dialogue in a sophisticated, multi‑stakeholder healthcare professional environment, including engagement, coordination, and planning with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Oncologists.
Key Responsibilities- Own business relationships with prescribing and referring physicians, creating and executing business plans for territories, delivering disease education on diagnostic and therapeutic value propositions, treatment protocols, and implementing customer programs as appropriate.
- Support product access, implement competitive response/pull‑through strategies, and maintain and grow key relationships with account partners in line with defined target priorities while complying with company policies.
- Develop and employ customized tools and strategies to engage HCP targets within territory accounts, delivering clinical value propositions and establishing RLT as the partner of choice in community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Display self‑awareness, passion for learning, and inspire others, challenging the status‑quo and embracing change to optimize execution.
- Communicate confidently and compellingly, handle objections, and close every call with a commitment to action that fosters behavioral change.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of market landscape, competitors, segments, product and clinical data, anticipating environmental changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities, promoting a highly technical and innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience.
- Utilize sales data reporting tools, analyze trends, and combine insights to identify territory and customer growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a sales role of similar complexity within the last 5 years.
- 1+ year of experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year of experience in prostate, NET, or buy‑and‑bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years.
- Strong collaboration skills, proven high performance, and proficiency in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customer segments.
- Self‑starter with analytical abilities, ethical leadership, and ability to champion an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies & laws.
- Candidate must reside within the territory or within a 50‑mile daily commuting distance, be able to travel 60‑80% of the time, drive and/or fly within the territory, and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with multiple product launches.
